Tickle my heart with your pen. Write me for all to read. Bind our love inside a book. Make me, your poetry.

About This Quote

The traditional way of expressing love was to write poems and read them aloud to your partner. It’s romantic, maybe even a little kinky at times, but it’s also an old-fashioned way to express your love. There’s nothing wrong with that, but now there’s also the possibility of conveying your feelings in an entirely different way. The more modern expression of love is through writing. Instead of reading out loud what you have written, why not give it to your partner and let him or her read it instead? This would mean that you share your feelings with him or her in more than one way.
